NAMAD’s 15% Formula for Success

The 2000 Census confirmed that a homogenous America is definitely a thing of the past. People of color represent more than 32% of the population, purchase 15% of new and certified used cars and trucks in America and yet ethnic minorities represent less than 5% of the majority owners of dealerships in the United States. NAMAD has asked every automotive manufacturer to commit to a blueprint to achieve an initial goal of 15% majority-ownership of their retail network by ethnic minorities.
